Upcoming Changes Effective June 2025
Starting at the beginning of June 2025, we will transition to new payout providers to better serve our global community. The primary institution will be:

In addition, other entities within the HSBC Group will also be involved in processing payouts.

Important Information for People with US-based bank account: You will be still able to request payout domestically, e.g. with Zelle or wire transfer.
